Partly for Love by Anne-Marie Pellow

This is the 3rd book in a series of 3. You could read it as a stand alone but it will enhance the experience for you if you recognise the characters and know their histories.
This is quite a scary book to read – as so much of it is quite believable and relies on chance – a physical resemblance to somebody was enough to get the attention of Kezia – the main character – which unleashes a maelstrom of events upon an unsuspecting couple just living their life.
It is also an extremely interesting book to read.
It features a character with DID- Dissociative Identity Disorder (formally known as multiple personality disorder). It also involves a lot of fires and arson.
As if that wasn’t enough the story also showcases the menopause and the need for a breast biopsy.
I recommend you read this series.
