This book is just was what was needed. A feel good ranch romance with a dysfunctional family background.
City girl Amber meets rancher Rowan after Amber is left property by family she was not aware of. There is the inevitable city girl/rancher push pull of attraction with both parties having unresolved family issues that get aired and to some extent resolved.
It is nicely written, had drama, tension, romance and good old fashioned lust.
