Euphoria by Claire Highton-Stevenson.

I will preface this by saying I have not read a bad book by Claire Highton-Stevenson. They just do not exist. When I read a book I enjoy, I tend to read my way through their back list. And Claire is no exception.
This is a standalone book but has a character in it from the band Solar Flare which has featured in several other of her book. So it involves trauma following the SF coach crash. This trauma is totally believable, causing panic attacks etc.

This is an age gap story involving a celebrity and a young medic in a set up fake dating kind of way. It gives you a touch of escapist, how the other half live, along with human emotions. It is a popular trope – but Claire puts her individual spin on it and it makes a good book. There is a little suspense there too – to make it a touch more than just about the relationship and trauma.

Not sure I would recommend very noisy sex in a cathedral but it did made me laugh.
I enjoyed it, I think you would too.
