Highton-Stevenson, Claire – Hot to the Touch

This is a sequel to the novella The Taste of Her, which introduced Leila and Camille who had a steamy holiday fling. Or was The Taste of Her a prequel to Hot to the Touch?

It is an age gap romance.
Back home, they intend to go back to their normal life.
Camille finds that hard – hitting the gay bars and finds sex but nothing can quite match Leila. Luckily for Camille she lives in the same town as Art and Blanca’s.
Leila applies for her dream job and is successful – and moves to the same town.
Their paths most definitely cross.
Their paths also cross with Sadie and Natalie, Claudia and Scarlett, Gabby and Nora and even Jack.

Of course there is an epilogue.
This would not be a work based romance if it didn’t include at least one sex in the office scene.

This is classic Claire Highton-Stevenson – well written, interesting, using familiar people and places to situate it and very enjoyable.
