Unusually this also portrays 2 of the characters ‘cheating’ – although there is debate in the story as to whether a kiss is cheating or not.
There was also mention of mental deficiency – now I think perhaps that didn’t translate well to the UK as that is a term which is over 70 years out of date here.
Covid is still ongoing and one character suffers ongoing health issues from the virus – providing an interesting subplot.
