Now this book starts off full of emotions. It’s painful almost.
Audrey kisses Jaime then leaves. They have been inseparable since childhood ( now in their late 20s). Jaime is stunned by this, and then realises that she also is in love … with Audrey. She goes to find her and Audrey has been knocked down by a drunk driver. She comes round after surgery, they declare their love for each other and Audrey promptly dies.
Audrey then appears to a drunk Jaime and says the universe is giving them another chance and Jaime will be sent back in time to make it better.
She then wakes up and she’s 18 again – living her 18 year old life. With her best friend Audrey.
There’s a lot of angst until Jaime realises that she is a 28 year old in an 18 year old body so she is more mature and knows herself better that her peers – especially Audrey.
Lot of stuff happens until there’s a bright white light and bang! Jaime wakes up in a hospital bed and has fallen off the roof while doing some DIY – and her wife Audrey is by her bedside.
Was it all a dream? or does she have the journal entries to prove her time travel?

Now I normally don’t like reading stuff about college/uni but perhaps I am getting battle hardened by all the stories – and I was a bit confused about where it was set too.
