I didn’t set out to read this book. I wanted to read Perfect but that followed on from this one. So, here I am.
This is set in a reality tv show – When Sparks Fly – which is a good concept. It was interesting seeing how the main character interacted with the contestants (sparks) as she was the flame. That in itself is a good use of imagination.
There was enough detail in the tasks, dates and relationships to make it interesting, even when the end result became quite clear at the beginning of the story. But that’s ok – it isn’t a whodunnit after all.
I enjoyed the conflict and the humour. It might have provided some insight into reality tv – I am not a habitual television watcher, but I have watched I Kissed A Girl!
Epilogue
This showed life moving up and the characters happy
What more is there to say?
I enjoyed it. Now on to read Perfect.
