This is Book 1 of 3 – each Sloan sister having their own book.
A surprise inheritance means that the 3 sisters have space in a mall for 3 interlinked units. They therefore open a store each and the books tell their story.
Cece opens her own salon and on opening day flirts with a client. This flirtation continues but does not move forward as Cece does not date her clients. The client gets a new stylist and they can date. So they do.

It is not at all a believable story – but then neither is Lord of the Rings. It’s a fun, light hearted book which is not meant to be a serious read. It is enjoyable. And that is enough.
It involves characters from another Jamey Moody series – the Lovers Landing people.
Although this book does have an epilogue it takes place after the other 2 books as it involves all the sisters and what is revealed in their stories.
