Clairvaux, Robin – Forgetting With You

This is a sweet one night to forever toaster oven romance story.
It is nicely written and contains a whole spectrum of emotions.
Cam, a butch indigenous woman, passed over for promotion meets Jackie in a bar and watches her boyfriend break up with her. She swoops in with the old ‘let me distract you from your pain’ and that’s the one night.
They then battle their own demons of low confidence in themselves, with the very differing levels of support provided by their families, while getting to know each other better.
As is usual in this situation (in books) they both want more but are convinced it is one sided.
There is of course much more to it with their respective childhood issues ( the emotionally poor rich kid and the emotionally rich poor kid).
So this story will showcase pain, rejection, hurt, love and acceptance.

And would you believe it there is NO epilogue!?!
The story just stops. I quite liked it.
